Janis’ friend Di came out for a visit, so of course we had to go to Estes Park.

Panorama settings are 2.5 seconds @ F32, ISO 100.. I shot 4 pictures and stiched em together to get this nice panorama of the Big Thompson River.

October is the best time of year in Colorado - lots of foliage, lots of bull elks with major machismo.. check out the video taken on Wednesday up in the Rocky Mtn National park area
We were in Los Angeles for a week, and then Vegas for five days, and since being gone, Autumn has arrived! The weather has gone cool, and foliage has arrived in the mtns! We went up to Estes Park and Rocky Mtn National Park and saw some nice foliage, but it will be perfect in about a week.
Went up to Estes Park after my doctors appt today (lost 11 lbs since last time I've seen him) : ) and we had a good day - Nice infrared shots and some big bull elks feeding up on top of Trail Ridge.
Went to Estes park to see the Elk rut and some foliage. The elk just hang out all over the golf course, but it wasn’t a golf course when they started hanging out there!

I had carpel tunnel surgery today... went quickly, 45 min and it isnt hurting, but typing with off hand is slow and painful so wont b updating site too much for awhile.
we did a trip to Denver over the weekend,, great foliage and elks.. Here are some photos.
