A rant about customer service!

We are out in California this week and brought our car xm radio toa be ase the xm radio in the rental car. We stopped @ best buy to get a car adapter and it is all hooked up but isn't working.

I called the 800 number for the Company Audiovox to see if they could help, and I was on hold for 105 minutes. I went from number 3 to number 1 in line in 18 minutes, so I stayed on hold as I figured it wouldn't be long.

At 330 pm local time I was disconnected as apparently they go home at 530 central time. I immediately called back and got the "we are currently closed msg."

I am so pissed at AUDIOVOX
